Employers must do more to make the future work for everyone As well as protecting workers' mental health from any impact of AI, employers must continue to create equitable environments that allow every employee to thrive. It's good to see that more workers now feel able to speak up at work and that more feel like they work in an inclusive and diverse environment. But only slightly over half say they have had diversity and inclusion training, and there’s been no improvement in the proportion who say their employer has got better at making employees feel safe.
